Google Chrome:
1. Click the Chrome menu button
Click the button that looks like three little black dots on top of each other in the top right corner of the Chrome window.
2. Hover your mouse on the “More Tools” menu item
Hover your mouse over the More Tools menu item in the menu that just appeared; it will reveal a sub-menu.
3. Click “Clear Browsing Data”
Click Clear Browsing Data in the sub-menu which has appeared.
4. Choose what to clear from Chrome
Click the various checkboxes on the left of the window to select or deselect the items in the list of what to clear. Please select the time range as All Time.
It’s most common to just want to delete Browsing History, Download History, Cached Images and Files. Keep (by ensuring they are unticked) things like Autofill Data, Passwords and Site Permission.

5. Click the “Clear Data” button
Once you have made your selection of what data you want Chrome to clear, click the Clear Data button to clear those items.
Google Chrome (iPhone/iPad/Android):
1. Tap the “Options” button
The options menu looks like three dots next to each other; they are located in the bottom right-hand corner.
You may have to scroll right to the top of the website you’re on for these three little dots to appear. You need to have at least one tab for them to appear.
2. Tap the “Settings” menu item
Depending on the screen size of your device you may have to scroll the Options menu down a little bit in order to see the Settings item at the bottom of the list.
3. Tap the “Privacy” menu item
Scroll down the Settings menu until you see the Privacy menu item, and then tap it.
4. Tap “Clear Browsing Data”
You will see the Clear Browsing Data menu item in the Privacy section; tap it.
5. Choose what to Clear
Click the various checkboxes on the left of the window to select or deselect the items in the list of what to clear. Please select the time range as All Time.

6. Tap the “Clear Browsing Data” item
When you have chosen what you want to clear and to keep, tap the red Clear Browsing Data item at the bottom – and then confirm your decision in the little pop-up which appears.
7. Tap “Done” in the top right hand corner to finish.
Once you have successfully cleared your Browsing Data, simply tap the Done button in the top right corner to finish.
Mozilla Firefox:
1. Click the Firefox menu button
Click the button that looks like three horizontal lines in the top right corner of the Firefox window.
2. Click the “History” menu item
Click the History item in the Firefox menu that just appeared.
3. Click “Clear Recent History”
A sub-menu will have appeared with some Menu options at the top, and a listing of your recent browser history underneath.
Click the Clear Recent History Menu option to choose what to clear from Firefox.
4. Choose what to clear
Click the various checkboxes on the left of the window to select or deselect the items in the list of what to clear. Please select the time range as All Time.

5. Click “Ok” to clear the data
Click the Ok button once you have decided what to clear, and Firefox will delete it.
Mozilla Firefox (iPhone/iPad):
1. Tap the Firefox Menu button
Open the Firefox Menu by tapping the button in the bottom-right corner; it looks like three horizontal lines on top of each other.
2. Tap the “History” menu item
In the Firefox menu, tap the History item in the list of menu options.
3. Tap the “Clear Recent History” menu item
Above the list of recently viewed websites you will see a menu item named Clear Recent History – tap on it.
4. Choose the time frame you want to clear
Firefox now prompts you how far back in time it should clear your browsing data. Choose Everything. Make your selection or tap Cancel to back out.
5. Tap “Done” to close the History
Now that you have cleared your Firefox Cache, Browsing History, and Cookies, tap Done in the top corner to close the History window.
Mozilla Firefox (Android):
1. On your Android, open the Firefox menu
When you can see the “3 dot” menu button in the top right-hand corner of the screen, tap on it.
If you can’t see it, try swiping “up” on the page you’re in; this usually reveals it along with the address bar and so on.
2. Find the “Settings” item and tap on it
When the Firefox menu appears, find the Settings item – towards the bottom – and tap on it.
3. Tap the “Clear Private Data” item
You’ll now see a big list of various options for changing the settings for Firefox. One of the options is called Clear Private Data. Tap on it to bring up the controls for clearing your cache, history, cookies, etc.
4. Choose the types of data to clear
Tap on each item – so that it has a blue and white tick next to it – to mark that kind of data to be deleted in the next step.

5. Tap “Clear Data” to delete
Once you have made your selection of what to delete from Firefox, tap the Clear Data button at the bottom of the screen. If you don’t want to go ahead and delete the data, you can tap Cancel to leave this section.
Microsoft Edge:
1. Click the “Settings and more” button
In the top right hand corner of your Edge browser’s window, you will see a small button with 3 dots in it. This is the “Settings and more” button.
Click it. It will reveal a menu with more options. One of them will be named Settings.
2. Select the “Settings” menu item
At the bottom of the large menu which just appeared, the bottom item will be called Settings – click on it.
3. Click on the “Privacy, Search, and Services”
Click on Privacy, Search, and Services in the menu column on the left hand side of the screen.
4. Click on the “Choose What to Clear” button
In the main screen, under the Clear Browsing Data heading, you will see a blue button labeled Choose What To Clear – click on it.
5. Select what you want to clear from Edge
You will be presented with a list of checkboxes for various things which can be deleted from Edge.
Click the various checkboxes on the left of the window to select or deselect the items in the list of what to clear. Please select the time range as All Time.

6. Click the “Clear Now” button
Once you have made your choices about what you want to delete from Edge, click the Clear Now button.
Safari:
1. Click the “Safari” menu
Make sure you have a Safari window open and active; you will see the Safari menu in the top left of your screen. Click it and it will expand to show Safari specific options.
2. Click the “Clear History” Item
Now that you have expanded the Safari menu, you will see the Clear History item – click on it.
3. Choose the time range to delete and then “Clear History”
Choose All History and click the Clear History button.
Safari (iPhone/iPad):
1. Open the “Settings” App
Go to your iPhone’s Home Screen and tap the Settings app.
2. Scroll down to the “Safari” menu item and tap it
Scroll the screen down until you see Safari, and then tap on it.
3. Scroll down to the “Clear History and Website Data” item
This item is towards the bottom of the screen so you’ll need to scroll down a bit.
When you see it, simply tap on it. You will be prompted to confirm deleting your History, Cookies and Browsing Data.
4. Confirm your decision to clear your browsing data
Now you are prompted to clear your browsing data. You can tap Cancel (or just press the Home button) to abort clearing your browsing data from Safari if you’ve decided not to proceed.
