I wasn't able to hear audio. Clear video, nice energy source. what i am interested to know is the pancreatic anastomosis leak rate and the problem of bleeding when there is a leak. If the technique proposed by Prof. Shu You Peng (Binding pancreaticojejunostomy) which gives almost 0% leak, is feasible laparoscopically i would support this procedure being done this way.

The energy source is excellent, works like the old tripolar combined with harmonic scalpel. What is it called?

Congratulations on the final result. It seems that harmonic scalpel and ligasure days are close to finish by the one you are using. Seems faster, useful to grasp and more atraumatic.
