Housing Early Deadline: February 3, 2012
Reservations prior to the deadline:
Please see the list of hotels below for the 2012 SAGES Meeting. Please book your reservations with the hotel of your choice. Make sure to identify yourself as a 2012 SAGES Meeting or SAGES attendee.
Reservations after the early deadline:
You may still be able to secure reservations through the hotels directly, based on availability and the prevailing rate.
Hotel Changes and Cancellations:
Please send any changes and/or cancellations directly to the hotel you made reservations at up until February 3, 2012. Cancellation policies of hotels vary for each hotel, please be sure you ask for the cancellation policy when you make your reservations.

Shuttles:
All hotels are within easy walking distance to the convention center. Shuttles will be provided to social events only not within walking distance.
San Diego Note:
There are several Marriotts and Hiltons in the downtown San Diego area. Attendees need to make sure they book the right one (there are two on the block).
