- To register for the World Congress meeting by paper, please complete the registration form.
- Don’t forget to register for your spouse/guest, tours and social events!

If you prefer to book reservations by phone, please check the World Congress website for hotel direct phone numbers.
Reservations prior to the deadline:
Please see the list of hotels below for the World Congress. Please book your reservations with the hotel of your choice. Make sure to identify yourself as a World Congress or SAGES attendee.
Reservations after the early deadline:
You may still be able to secure reservations through the hotels directly, based on availability and the prevailing rate.
Hotel Changes and Cancellations:
Please send any changes and/or cancellations directly to the hotels. Cancellation of hotel reservations made less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival will result in a one-night room and tax charge to your credit card.
Suites:
Please contact the hotel for availability and pricing information.
Shuttles:
All hotels are within easy walking distance to the convention center. Shuttles will be provided from hotels to social events not within walking distance.
