Note: Children under the age of 14 will not be permitted in the Exhibit Hall due to safety considerations.
SAGES and IPEG exhibits will take place at the Phoenix Convention center in North Exhibit Halls D-E. SAGES Learning Center and SAGES/IPEG Posters will NOT be open until Thursday.
SERF Meets Turf 3K Run/Walk

Start your morning off right by participating in the inaugural SERF Meets Turf 3K Run/Walk to benefit the SAGES Education and Research Foundation (SERF). The route will begin at the Sheraton Phoenix and pass through the landmarks of the historical downtown area.
ENTRY FEE: $75.00 for participants
$50.00 for sleepyheads who want to support the Foundation but would rather
run the course in their dreams.
WHAT’S INCLUDED: Ribbons to the top three finishers in each category, t-shirts for all athletes, and the names of all participants will be listed on the SAGES Foundation website.
RSVP by checking the appropriate box on the registration form. For information on how you can pledge one of the runners, contact foundation@sages.org. A portion of your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Tickets: $85.00 (for additional guests and SAGES Registration Options B & C)
Food and drinks galore! A real live rodeo, Games, Mariachi, Dancing, Music. An evening in the Southwest as only these two groups can do it! Put on your jeans, boots and sombrero. Bring your appetite, dancing feet and prepare to laugh, eat, drink and sing all night.
The evening will conclude with the SAGES International Sing-Off.

How to Enter the Competition:
- Due to limited time, you MUST sign up in advance to participate. Acts will not be added on-site. We can only accept 6 acts.
- All acts are limited to one song or presentation, not to exceed 5 minutes. The MC has been given “pull the plug” privilege, and will adhere strictly to this time restriction.
- Keep in mind that the Sing-Off is in the name of fun. Serious musicians need not apply!
- Please rehearse your act in advance. You will be performing for several hundred of your colleagues!
- All Sing-Off participants are required to attend a rehearsal prior to the event on the evening of the main event (exact time TBA).
- When you register, you must include the name of your group, names of participants (aliases are acceptable), name of your act or song, and city or institution. These will be published in the program. Please contact Sallie Matthews at the SAGES office (sallie@sages.org) no later than March 15, 2009 to participate.
- All acts must provide a back-up disc at least 2 weeks prior to the event, or notification if live instruments will be used.
- This event is open to SAGES and IPEG registrants as well as exhibitors
