Hotel Reservations

Please book your hotel rooms within the SAGES & IPEG Hotel Blocks!

Reservations prior to the deadline:

Please see the list of hotels below for SAGES & IPEG. Please book your reservations with the hotel of your choice. Make sure to identify yourself as a SAGES or IPEG attendee.

Reservations after the early deadline:

You may still be able to secure reservations through the hotels directly, based on availability and the prevailing rate.

Changes and Cancellations:

Please send any changes and/or cancellations directly to the hotels. Cancellation of hotel reservations made less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival will result in a one-night room and tax charge to your credit card.

Suites:

Please contact the hotel for availability and pricing information.

Shuttles:

All hotels are within easy walking distance to the convention center. Shuttles will be provided from hotels to social events not within walking distance.
