SAGES & AHPBA Registration & Hotel Reservation Instructions
REGISTRATION & HOUSING early deadline: March 4, 2005.
Registration
- The quickest, easiest way to register for the SAGES and/or AHPBA meeting is on-line, www.sages.org/registration/ or www.ahpba.org/registration/.
- To register for the SAGES meeting by paper, please complete the registration form.
- To register for the AHPBA meeting by paper, please complete the registration form.
- Don’t forget to register for your spouse/guest, tours and socials!
Hotel Reservations
Please book your hotel rooms within the SAGES and AHPBA Hotel Blocks!

Reservations prior to the early deadline:
Please see the list of hotels below for SAGES and AHPBA. Please book your
reservations with the hotel of your choice, following the instructions
below.
2) Reservations after the early deadline:
You may still be able to secure reservations through the hotels directly,
based on availability and the prevailing rate.
3) Changes and Cancellations:
Please send any changes and/or cancellations directly to the hotels. Cancellation
of hotel reservations made less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival
will result in a one-night room and tax charge to your credit card.
4) Suites:
Please contact the hotel for availability and pricing information.
5) Shuttles:
Shuttle service to and from the Westin Diplomat is available for the Diplomat
Country Club and GreenBriar Hotel. The Holiday Inn is within walking distance.
Shuttles are also provided from all hotels to social events not within
walking distance.
