You can only imagine this evening if you've ever been to a "vintage SAGES" event. Fabulous gospel and blues music from Atlanta's best groups. Amazing food. Delectable drinks and desserts. All in an extraordinary venue. Formerly a grand church, this building was converted during the recent Olympics to The House of Blues for great music and great times. The interior is vibrantly painted with nouveau art ceilings and walls. If you can't have fun here...you just can't have fun. Move over professional entertainers, because we are also presenting the THIRD ANNUAL SAGES INTERNATIONAL "SING-OFF."
How to Enter the Competition!
Since 1992 when a group of internationally acclaimed surgeons made their debut as the "Lap Rappers," SAGES has been host to a contingent of talented colleagues from Japan, Europe, South America and the U.S. The shows have become rollicking, free-wheeling memorable evenings. Now a friendly competition between musical groups, we invite you to enter this international competition. Any group may enter: an organization, an individual, a group practice, a company , or just a few friends who want to organize a musical number. Due to the limited show time, you must tell us in advance that you plan to participate. All entries must be limited to 5 minutes. Please contact Sallie Matthews or Barbara Berci at the SAGES office no later than February 1, 2000.

It's the drink of our youth...so take off your shoes and dance at the sock hop to 50's rock and ballads.
