 Totally Laparoscopic Right hepatic lobectomy is a technically challenging operation. However recent data suggests that this is a safe and an effective operation with a complication profile similar to that of the standard open procedure. With more experience and fellowship training it is undoubtedly going to be the standard of care in the near future. He we present our technique of a totally laparoscopic right hepatic lobectomy which is carried out in safe and timely manner.
