Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome Following Gastric Bypass

This is a presentation of a 33 year old female who underwent laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass in 2006 who developed recurrent pancreatitis and abdominal. She was diagnosed with superior mesenteric artery syndrome and treated with laparoscopic duodeno-jejunostomy with resolution of symptoms.
