Superior Mesenteric Artery syndrome is rare condition that is traditionally approached through open and laparoscopic stapled techniques. We present a laparoscopic hand sewn two layer anastomosis to create a duodenojejunostomy. With edematous tissue, a handsewn anastomosis ensures good tissue approximation and this video demonstrates this can be done laparoscopically.
