Jeffrey R Watkins, MD, D Rohan Jeyarajah, MD. Methodist Dallas Medical Center

We present a 57 year old female with a large paraesophageal hernia. A hital hernia repair was performed robotically using the da Vinci Xi System with placement of a keyhole mesh. Using an acellular human dermis keyhole mesh is a novel technique which offers the benefit of mesh about the hiatus with low rates of dysphagia.
