This video demonstrates the use of indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence angiography to identify the blood supply to the gastric graft during esophagectomy as well as assess perfusion of the graft after the stomach has been partially devascularized. We also show and describe the essential steps of the procedure and how ICG intraoperative fluorescence imaging can be integrated. And finally, we show how we can assess blood supply to the anastomosis with this imaging modality.
