A video demonstration of a laparoscopic and thoracoscopic esophagectomy performed in a patient with an esophageal mass and a history of a Roux-en-Y gastric bypass.  Radiologic review, endoscopic evaluation, tube jejunostomy, Roux limb and esophagogastric resection, and reconstruction are featured in this video.
