Management of severe stricture after sleeve gastrectomy: conversion to bypass

Failure of the sleeve gastrectomy is frequently due to weight recidivism, intractable reflux, strictures, fistulas and malnutrition. One of the challenging situation is presented when sleeve is asociated to stenosis resulting to intractable reflux. Robotic technology way offer technical advantages allowing for precise dissection and suturing.
