Laparoscopic Transhiatal Esophajectomy After Failed Heller Myotomy Through Left Thoracotomy

A 47 year old male with a long history of Achalasia had previously undergone a Heller Myotomy through a left thoracotomy. His symptoms returned, and the patient presented with a tortuous and poorly functioning esophagus. A totally laparoscopic transhiatal esophajectomy was performed.
