We present the case of a 41 year old male with past medical history of multiple episodes of gallstone pancreatitis and laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Patient developed a symptomatic pancreatic pseudocyst and was initially treated with ERCP, however, pseudocyst recurred due to a pancreatic duct stenosis. Patient was referred to surgery and a laparoendoscopic transgastric intraluminal cystogastrostomy was performed.
