Laparoscopic-Robotic Ivor-lewis Esophagectomy with Fluorescence Imaging

We demonstrate a minimally-invasive Ivor-Lewis esophagectomy with laparoscopic creation of the gastric conduit and robotic mobilization of the esophagus with hand-sutured anastomosis in the chest. Tissue perfusion of the gastric conduit is evaluated using Indocyanine Green and the near-infrared firefly technology of the robotic vision system.
