This is the case of a 69 year old female who presented with a gastrointestinal bleed and was found to have submucosal mass in the duodenal bulb on upper endoscopy with a biopsy positive for neoplastic cells and no evidence of metastatic disease on pre-op imaging. The patient underwent a laparoscopic partial duodenectomy with primary repair and did well post-operatively. Pathology revealed a low-grade GIST with negative margins.
