Large Morgagni hernias represent a difficult clinical challenge, often requiring an open thoracic or abdominal approach to repair. In this video, we present a case of a giant morgagni hernia that we repaired laparoscopically. We show that a laparoscopic approach is safe and feasible even for very large diaphragmatic hernias, and describe our technique for repair.
