Situs inversus is a rare disorder that affects 1 in 10,000 people. Several cases of successful laparoscopic cholecystectomy and even nissen fundoplication are described in the literature, but none with paraesophageal hernia. Here, we present our technique of laparoscopic paraesophageal hernia repair with Nissen fundoplication in a patient with situs inversus.
