Laparoscopic Management of Chronic Inguinal Pain; Mesh Plug Removal

 Mesh plug insertion can lead to chronic inguinal pain. As surgeons move towards lightweight mesh materials for laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair (LIHR), large 10-12mm trocars may also be unnecessary. Here is presented a video of mesh plug extraction in a patient with chronic inguinal pain.
