This video outlines the operation performed on a 51F with history of previous RYGB, who had been suffering from chronic reflux symptoms despite maximal medical management and risk factor avoidance. Endoscopy revealed a chronic marginal ulcer.

In light of these symptoms and findings, she underwent revision of her gastrojejunostomy, hiatal hernia repair, as well as Nissen over bypass.
