Abstract: Resection of gastroesophageal lesions pose a technical challenge. Both malignant and non-malignant neoplasms are in the differential diagnosis. If resection is technically not possible using endoscopy or surgery alone, a hybrid approach may merit attention. We report a case of a benign, polypoid GE jxn mass removed using transfascial, transgastric laparoscopy with endoscopic assistance.
