A Case of Laparoscopic Duodenal Diverticulectomy

This a case of 36 year old male with longstanding history of epigastric discomfort and pain was diagnosed with 3rd portion duodenal diveticulum . Workup included endoscopy which showed wide mouthed diverticulum distal to the ampulla. He underwent total laparoscopic diverticulectomy for his symptoms. We are presenting our technique used which included intraoperative endoscopy to access luminal patency.
