The Section of Gastrointestinal/Bariatric Surgery, Department of Surgery, at Yale University School of Medicine is seeking an academically oriented and qualified surgeon to join our faculty in our growing Bariatric and Minimally Invasive Surgical Program. This position is at the rank of Assistant Professor. We are seeking candidates with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills and the commitment to make important contributions to the field of Bariatric Surgery.

Qualified candidates will have a strong record of clinical excellence with accomplishments in basic or clinical research, a strong commitment to surgical education and teaching, and an interest and expertise in Bariatric Surgery, Minimally Invasive Surgery, Hernia Repair, and Complex Abdominal Wall Reconstruction. Candidates should have completed or will complete a Bariatric and Minimally Invasive Surgical Fellowship by July 2015, and should be BC/BE in Bariatric surgery.
