The University of Southern California Division of Laparoscopic and Minimally Invasive Surgery is conducting a search for a full-time academic surgeon to specialize in the areas of foregut and minimally invasive surgery. Applicants from the Assistant and Associate Professor level are invited to apply. Candidates should be medical doctors who have completed a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery and be board certified or eligible.
Candidates should expect to participate in a busy general surgery practice with an emphasis on foregut and minimally invasive surgery. Applicants should also be motivated to teach medical students and residents and conduct clinical research.
The Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California was founded in 1885 and is located on USC’s Health Sciences campus three miles from downtown Los Angeles. The USC University Hospital is located adjacent to the affiliated Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center.
