To claim Self Assessment CME, you must have attended the meeting, completed the online evaluation and CME claim form, and you will need to complete an online follow up assessment 3 months after the meeting.

2011 - http://www.sages.org/meetings/cme/2011

For the first time, the SAGES 2011 Annual Meeting offered a maximum of 38.25 Self Assessment CME Credits applicable to fulfilling Part 2 of the ABS MOC Program. To claim Self Assessment CME, you must have attended the meeting, completed the online evaluation and CME claim form, and you will need to complete an online follow up assessment July 2011.
